1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bd353", "we", "us", "our" refers to the bd353 platform and the company operating it under an international gaming licence.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a bd353 account.
• "Platform" refers to the bd353 website at bd353.io, its mobile application, and all associated services, game content, and betting markets.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the bd353 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a player's account, excluding any bonus funds not yet cleared by wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, cashback, or reload amount credited to an account subject to wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total betting turnover a player must complete before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all bd353 transactions are denominated.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including submission of a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) and proof of payment method ownership.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any activity defined as such in Section 7 of these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the bd353 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. bd353 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age — including a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) or passport — at any point during your account lifetime. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, and all funds held in that account will be reviewed in accordance with applicable compliance obligations.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The bd353 platform is operated and marketed for players located in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law as it applies to you personally. bd353 does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction and it is the player's sole responsibility to determine their own legal position prior to registering.

2.3 Registration Process

To register a bd353 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Registration of an account using false, misleading, or fictitious information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one active bd353 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bd353 will close all but the earliest-registered account, void all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings across the duplicate accounts, and may permanently ban the player from the platform. Any real-money balance held in a duplicate account will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2.5 Employee Exclusion

Current employees, contractors, and immediate family members of individuals employed by bd353 or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology partners are not eligible to register or maintain a player account on the bd353 platform.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bd353 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bd353 will never contact you to request your password through any channel — any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to bd353 support immediately.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bd353 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. bd353 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon verified notification. bd353 shall not be liable for losses arising from authorised use of your credentials prior to your notification of suspected compromise.

3.3 KYC Verification

bd353 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification requires submission of a clear copy of your Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) and, where applicable, a selfie or additional proof of address. bd353 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during your account lifetime, including during deposit activity if unusual patterns are identified. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a request will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your bd353 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any pending wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal wallet. Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — are processed under the Responsible Gaming procedures in Section 10 and are subject to the cooling-off provisions applicable to self-exclusion.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bd353 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bd353 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and all balances are held and displayed in BDT.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier. Players at higher VIP tiers benefit from elevated transaction limits. Current limits for each payment method are displayed in the account dashboard at the time of transaction.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bd353 account balance in real time following successful confirmation from the payment provider. bd353 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. Your mobile wallet provider may apply standard transfer fees in accordance with their own terms of service — bd353 has no control over and is not responsible for any such third-party fees.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified players are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the player's most recent deposit. bd353 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of submission for verified accounts during standard operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. bd353 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests prior to processing.

4.5 Same-Wallet Policy

In accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations, all withdrawals are returned to the same payment method and registered mobile number from which the most recent deposit was made. Withdrawal to a different wallet or mobile number requires re-verification of identity and payment method ownership and will be subject to a mandatory review period.

4.6 Refused Transactions

bd353 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit or withdrawal transaction where: (a) the transaction is suspected to be connected to fraudulent activity; (b) the account has not completed KYC verification; (c) the transaction would exceed the account's applicable limits; or (d) the transaction is flagged by bd353's fraud prevention systems. In such cases, bd353 will notify the player and may request additional documentation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Offer Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards issued by bd353 are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the point of offer. These terms include but are not limited to: the wagering requirement applicable to the bonus, the minimum odds or game contribution rates applicable, the time limit within which the wagering requirement must be completed, and any maximum withdrawal limit applicable to winnings derived from bonus funds.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Until a bonus's wagering requirement has been met in full, bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are not eligible for withdrawal. Where a player requests a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement, bd353 reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus amount from the withdrawal before processing. 5.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games from the bd353 library typically contribute 100% of each wager placed toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely. Specific contribution rates for each game category are listed in the individual promotion's terms and conditions.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

bd353 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting known mathematical advantages or arbitrage strategies using bonus funds; using multiple accounts to claim the same offer multiple times; coordinated play between multiple players to meet wagering requirements at reduced risk; and staking patterns consistent with hedging bonus funds. Where bonus abuse is identified, bd353 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may permanently suspend the player's account.

5.5 Modification & Withdrawal of Offers

bd353 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of modification will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of crediting, provided no abuse has been identified.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the bd353 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or in the accompanying information panel. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules of any game before placing wagers. bd353 accepts no liability for wagers placed without adequate understanding of the applicable game rules.

6.2 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the bd353 sportsbook are subject to the specific market rules applicable to the relevant sport and competition. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, bd353's decision — based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA) — shall be final. bd353 reserves the right to void bets where events are abandoned, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or where the integrity of the event is in doubt.

6.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or interruption during a game or betting session, bd353 will review the session logs and, where possible, restore the game to the state immediately prior to the error. Where restoration is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance. bd353 reserves the right to void any wager or game result that was affected by a technical error, regardless of the displayed outcome.

6.4 Bet Settlement

Bets placed on the bd353 platform are settled at the odds displayed and confirmed at the time the bet is accepted. bd353 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a pricing error. Players who have placed bets at erroneous odds will be notified and their stake returned in full.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd353 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, permanent ban from the platform, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games, place bets, or exploit platform functionality.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bd353 platform — including but not limited to software, game content licensed from third-party providers, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and the overall selection and arrangement of the platform — is the intellectual property of bd353 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the bd353 platform without the express prior written consent of bd353.

Game content on the bd353 platform is licensed from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. All intellectual property rights in such content remain with the respective providers. bd353 and its brand keyword are trademarks of the bd353 operating entity. Unauthorised use of bd353 trademarks is prohibited.

The bd353 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bd353 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, or the accuracy of odds and pricing at any given moment. bd353's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bd353's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments

bd353 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered players via the email address on file or via a notice displayed upon login prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the bd353 platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

12.2 Termination by bd353

bd353 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) bd353 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order; (c) bd353 has reason to believe the account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes; or (d) bd353 ceases to offer its services to players in Bangladesh. In cases of termination for breach, any balance in the account may be forfeited. In cases of termination for other reasons, any real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal wallet following completion of required verification checks.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bd353 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising between you and bd353 that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure set out in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of bd353's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute through the applicable dispute resolution process.
